Lu Lu's Pizza Gaming

When placing our order, the waitress didn’t write anything down there was two of us couples and our tickets were supposed to be separate. They messed up the other couples pizza. It was supposed to have been sausage and mushrooms, and she had pepperoni and mushrooms..so they remade it. We had ordered a five topping, and it was supposed to be pepperoni, sausage, onion, green olive in Peppercinis. with mixed sauce and well done they had to come back out and ask us if we were getting green peppers or green olives because she didn’t write it down the pizza come out with no sauce and soggy called the waitress over that didn’t write anything down and showed her. Lulu's probably has the best potato skins on the planet. Too bad you only get 5 on a tray lol... We had the cracker pizza but it's much cheaper than Monicals, so the value is straight up there.. the supreme is lackluster but the all meat pie is the only way to go. Definitely a easy place to pick up and go..also has slot machines if your into that thing. Great place and always free warm chocolate chip cookies to hit that sweet tooth. (Always get the mixed sauce)

Service is horrible. Things have changed over the last few years. Not just the service, but the food and atmosphere as well. I won’t be going back. Ps. Beware of the salads. Used to be our favorite pizza in Decatur. What a bummer.

Fell in love with the pizza a couple years ago. Service was also good and friendly. Now I order and the order taker sounds like I'm inconveniencing them. Idk, maybe it's a staffing problem, but I'm switching to the one on Nelson. Réservez une table maintenant

Staffing is terrible. It’s like being in a daycare with parents onsite. Rude staff will inform you the Menus haven’t changed but prices portion sizes have. Food is below mediocre. Definitely Go somewhere else!
