I was quite let down by the food at this restaurant. I ordered the fish and chips, the Avocado Burger, and poutine. The fish was soggy, the burger patty tasted like it came from the frozen section of the grocery store, with an unpleasant freezer-burn flavor, and the poutine was far too salty. When I requested water, I was told I had to buy bottled water, which was frustrating. I also asked for a glass of ice, but the staff insisted that the tap water was cold enough, which felt like I was being shuffled around. I tried the fish and chips, and it was quite good. The server was friendly, but there were a few issues with the service. It's also frustrating that they don’t serve tap water and charge extra for bottled water. I find that quite irritating whenever a restaurant does this. After a long day of shopping, we decided to stop by this restaurant and were warmly welcomed by a friendly staff member who promptly seated us. Our main concern was that another table, seated after us, received their drinks and meals before anyone came to check on us or took our drink order. When I requested water, I was informed that I needed to purchase bottled water and ask for a glass of ice, which seemed unnecessary as the tap water was already cold. I noticed some reviews mentioning concerns about the tap water's quality. Is it true that all your food and beverages—including ice cream—are made with bottled water? Or is that just a tactic to increase the bill? Do you at least provide options like Fiji or Smart Water, rather than just Nestlé water, which is much cheaper? The food was unremarkable at best. There seemed to be minimal effort put into the restaurant’s decor as well. My poke bowl was mostly just arugula with overcooked fish, leaving me still hungry afterward. My friend's salmon was bland and accompanied by only a handful of vegetables. The only highlight for me was the sangria. In total, the bill was $80.88.

They offer a surf and turf combo featuring ribs and a seafood appetizer for just $22, which is a great deal! Overall, the food tastes very good, especially considering it's located in an outlet mall—it's likely one of the better dining options there. I would rate it 8 out of 10!
