Mcdonald's - Réserver une table

I arrived at this McDonalds today around 1:30. As I acknowledged multiple cars in drive thru, I decided to go inside and place my order. As I entered, I was surprise to see no one in line. I approached the counter and patiently waited for someone to take my order. Apparently, I was not of importance because everyone saw me standing there and continue doing what they were doing. At no point, did anyone say, someone will be right with you. I was baffled because the manager was among the others. Unfortunately, I had to make mention of me standing there before someone decided to approach the register. As you may know, I wasn't interested at this point. So, I walked away very disgusted. Thanks to Jamie and Gaby. I asked for water or Jamie to fill my canister. It took 5 minutes to answer. After asking her for Jamie. As a manger to ignore me, I felt disrespectful in Spanish. 5 minutes to get a yes or no answer. They waited for the manager with red hair to give an answer. Finally, after asking questions all the time. Gaby finally got me 1.06. That was all I wanted. On an 86 degree day it should not take so long to get a cup of water. Especially a paying customer is then ignored. It was bad. I hope that the two young ladies Jamie and Gaby will be rewarded for their service and work. If you don't like customers to the manager. Out of retail. Thanks again.

They as well as many other ready meals have become used to closing their dining areas that save them money, time and less staff; Therefore, the customer cannot immerse and enjoy their HOT Fries / Pancake, etc.!!! It is not always convenient to eat in your car!!!! And wearing it home is devastating!!!

The drive is a little narrow. A large truck can have problems with it, but the service is fast and its location at a junction with a stop light, so that entry and exit from the drive was easy.

They'll leave you standing at the counter and not address your needs for quite some time. Very disorganized. Good thing it's NOT my favorite fast food restaurant.
