Worst McDonald experience. Towed my car while I was eating inside the McDonald. At 4:30 PM my car was towed, even though my family was at the Mc Donalds (8301 Baltimore Ave, College Park) where car was parked. We have a receipt showing I ordered foodat 4:21 PM. Waited for food and was eating at 4:30 PM while my car was towed. To top it off the toeing company damaged mycar. The towing company claimed they came in the restaurant looking for car owner before towing not true. We walked out andwere alarmed to see the car missing. The workers are very rude, and have little consideration for their customers, I made an order and in the middle she cut me off and told me she can?t add anything. Very very very rude. I am wondering how McDonald is not embarrassed about their workers andservice. Maybe they can take a few customer service lessons from Chick-fil-A. Gen X and Z will always hold you accountable foryour behaviour no matter your age. Honestly if it?s up to me I would do weekly behaviour check ins for the workers soembarrassing.
This place is just disgusting!! Its a homeless hangout! I understand people have nowhere to go, but they sit where the plug outlets are! Using the wifi or just sleeping! The customers who pay and eat there should be the first one's to the access ofthe outlets. They need to establish some type of order or rules. Get the bums out!!! Don't eat here if you plan on usingoutlets, the bums will be sleeping there or using it!!
I waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes with 4 cars ahead of me. I went inside because I hadn't received barbecue sauce and waited an additional 30 minutes to be asked what I needed. Only the manager worked the cash register and no other employeecame to assist, even after making eye contact with them. My nuggets were over cooked and fries were not cooked long enough.

My son turned 4 today, and I ordered 16 Happy Meals for his class. They were ready right on time. The manager, Veronica, was very accommodating and even gave balloons for each child. They also thoughtfully labeled the meals for the boys. Thanks to Veronica and the McDonald’s staff for making everything so easy and seamless. #whathappennedtobirthdaypartiesatmcdonalds
The location is very comfortable, and I always receive my food promptly. I’ve noticed some complaints about it being under-staffed, but that doesn’t seem accurate. The space is small and often filled with college students who come throughout the day, sometimes in groups. Please be more understanding toward the workers! Thanks for the delicious food!
I love the McDoubles, especially their special deal of 2 for $3.50! Next time, I plan to order 8 because they’re affordable and extremely tasty. I store them in the fridge and heat one up for 33 seconds in the microwave whenever I’m hungry. Another day, I bought 6, and the customer service staff even brought them directly to me!
Many restaurants, including this McDonald’s, have opted to close their dining areas to save on labor and time. This means customers miss out on the chance to enjoy their hot fries, pancakes, and other meals in a comfortable environment. Eating in your car isn’t always ideal, and taking food home can often be a letdown!

Very rare to get your whole order. Drive-through is prioritized so heavily you may see 20 cars pass through before being handed your meal. Dine in not available at night. Saw an employee leave the restroom without washing his hands.
McDonald is what to say. It is a reasonably clean location to be city and close to a college campus. Mostly kiosk interface inside out. I had my order right and was pretty fast. That's why I'm going there.
