This was a take away from just eat I ordered two items a happy meal and fries , the fries did not arrive I rang the store in weaver wharf where it had come from and the manger answered and I said how difficult is it to get an order like that right he put the phone down on me absolutely awful customer service and from a a manager what an example to set to people working under him , absolutely awful rang back to say why did you put the phone down and another manger answered and her response was what did you say to him for him to our phone down , I thought just wow what a place won’t be ordering from them again and the food is always cold from there the amount of times we have to complain for m...
We went through the drive-thru and ordered food to take home. We received a Mac Chicken meal with fries, but only counted sixteen fries in total. There were slightly more fries in another container, and there was no salad or mayonnaise on the chicken bun, just a plain bun. The chocolate milkshake and strawberry shake were both only quarter full. It seems like this place is being run by inexperienced individuals. McDonald's seems to be taking advantage of customers and charging them too much. I suggest avoiding this place and instead going to a more expensive chip shop where you know you are not being ripped off by a large corporation.
I popped in with my son during a shopping trip and placed order and waited. I can understand they were busy but somehow I was waiting 15 mins and still hadn't received my order. My order number had vanished off the screen. I showed them my receipt and they made the order up there and then.they did apologise. I turned round with tray in my hand and a woman accidently knocked tray out of my hands and the food went everywhere. Luckily the staff we excellent and replaced order free of charge.
They really need to sort out the staff there opened the wrapper the chicken mayo burger was all over the place and fries and nuggets were cold terrible. Orderd 2 5 pound meal deals only got 1 4 nuggets no sauce asked for some 2 HAIRS in my chicken burger won’t be going there again charged for sauces weren’t given any Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Dietary restrictions: Terrible

I had quite an experience at the restaurant tonight! I was served by "Liv" at the drive-thru and I have to say, it was not a pleasant experience. Liv was moody and rude while taking my order, making it seem like she didn't want any customers. When I got to the second window to pay, I was shocked to see Liv shaking her head, tutting, and throwing her hands up in the air at the car behind me while taking their order.
Well the boy that took my order at 9pm this evening that was on this first window had no customer service at all! How he’s got a job and the manger accepts the way he is to customers is beyond me! However the lady on this last window was lovely
The receipt was right but instead of my burger I had 20 nuggets, the chips I was given were stale and cold. Not my local maccies thank god other wise I’d have to move away. Infruyating that they can’t do simple things right.
Vile! The plant burger I ordered was dripping with sauce , it was like soup, the fries were cold and hard. The veggi wrap was so spicy i think someone had put chilli in it for a joke. Just grim

I waited for over two hours for my delivery and when it finally arrived, it was cold, the ice had melted in the coke, and some sauces were missing. It was absolutely horrible.
Sort out your drinks machine!!! The fizzy drinks have been so flat for the last couple of weeks now! It’s not on. So be aware
