I still feel quite upset after my visit yesterday for a quick breakfast while out for a morning stroll with my husband and our mini pinscher, Lil Wayne. I understand that any business in a resort area would want to capitalize on its prime location, and I'm sure the property management company they lease from charges a premium for it. While it's expected that prices would be higher than, say, their location in Salamanca, NY, that wasn't even my main issue during our last visit.
There are six kiosks and no cashiers. As we stood there using the large, overly bright screen to find something we could justify spending money on—something that might push us a little closer to heart issues or morbid...
During my visit from Australia, I was quite taken aback by this McDonald's. There were no counters, only self-service screens, and I noticed people waiting 5 to 10 minutes just to pay with cash. I found myself waiting 35 minutes for an order for four people. The staff in the back appeared to be working slower than I've ever seen, which could be attributed to low wages or ineffective management. I returned to this restaurant three times because my youngest child is a picky eater and prefers McDonald's. Unfortunately, each visit resulted in order mistakes and long wait times—more than 10 minutes just for two Happy Meals. I would suggest avoiding this location if possible; you're likely better...
As far as the food quality and the food being brought to you is great, the lacking side is when you would like to pay in cash, you tend to be standing at the register watching the staff asking for order numbers and avoiding eye contact. The first time Iwas standing there 5 staff members walked past me while going about their duties, until some guy from the back came down andasked if anyone was serving me, to which I replied no. The second time which was today I was standing there for like 8 minutesthen I just spoke to a staff member and said who is taking customer orders which she replied ah no one! but she would be able tohelp. Other than that the food is great and comes out fast.
This location charges drastically more for items than other locations I have been to, not sure if this is a California thing or because of its proximity to Disney. Clean dining area and friendly staff, but they can be slow to bring out mobile orders.Waited in lobby for almost 20 minutes and when I asked about my order it was bagged immediately, implying it was just sittingthere ready for a time. All in all, it's a McDonald's, no more no less

There?s no point in reviewing a McDonald?s except to thank the wonderful service. One of the gentleman workers noticed my daughter was experiencing an extreme heat episode and came by with complimentary water for her. He couldn?t have known what shewas actually going through, just that she was flushed and fanning herself, but he did what he could, completely unbidden. It wasso thoughtful and much appreciated!

I enjoy this McDonald's and visit every morning on my way to work for breakfast. The service I receive from one particular employee is consistently polite, and my food is always prepared perfectly without any issues. I've stopped going to the other McDonald's nearby due to their poor service. The menu here never disappoints!
We visit McDonald's regularly during our Disneyland trips. The restaurant offers a spacious dining area and plenty of parking. You can order from the kiosks, with staff available to help if needed. Considering the staffing costs, this setup is understandable. The menu features the same items you’d expect at any McDonald's.
