Booked an early dinner for Friday night with my wife thinking we could have a romantic dinner. Food was amazing, but selection of music for a 6pm sitting meant we weren't able to enjoy our night. You'd think a Turkish restaurant would play some nice quiet Turkish music. But during our sitting, we heard music playing from The likes of Offspring, Coolio, Snoop Dogg, and other random artists. And in between these songs, you could hear SPOTIFY adds!

Wedged in the hustle and bustle of the Emporium is this oasis, the Mecca Bah! After popping into some shops we decide at 2pm for a late lunch and decided to try Mecca and we were so glad we did.We had the shish kebob for 2 and it was incredible $39.00 for two and SO MUCH FOOD rice, salad, dip and bread and of course the Kebob! The meat was beautifully marinated, the salad was lovely and the dip lightened the palate.We will definately be back.

A great place for some middle eastern food ....except if the weather is bad as there is only outside seating and the wind was blowing the rain in the wrong direction...order the cauliflower, the beet salad and the mixed grill. Don't get too invested in what beer you might want, they didn't have my partners first two options
Love Mecca Bah. Have frequented 3 or 4 times in the last year. The food is consistently tasty. Personally love the fried cauliflower entree and seafood tagine. And can't go wrong with any one of their amazing pizzas. The turkish delight martini is a must. Service is always friendly if a little hit and miss in efficiency.
Couldn't get a table as we were ignored, went elsewhere. Service appears to need review as we were waiting for a table and were ignored by three staff, then the staff served a couple who were paying their bill that approached the desk after us.
One of my favourite places to eat in Brisbane! Mecca Bah is classy without being overbearing, trendy without being painful and the food is to die for!
