Located in the food court area of Post Office Square, Melt Brothers specializes in cheese toasties, offering quick, satisfying, and affordable eats. I tried their M.C. Cheesy, which featured generously-sized bread and a perfect toast. The sweet and savory flavors of maple bacon and mac and cheese blended well in this sandwich. The thick bacon and stringy mozzarella cheese added to the overall enjoyment of the dish. It was a truly satisfying meal.
Pleasantly surprised with the interesting flavour combos. Decided to go with the migoreng crazy (decided to be adventurous). can't say eating noodles with bread was on the top of my list but hot damn it was delicious. Also grabbed a coffee, can say that melt bros make a mean flat white.
Great service, even better food. I enjoy the vibe there, everyone's always friendly and helpful. There are lots of cool creations on their menu and I love to check out the monthly specials they have on. They also have vegan and gluten free options which was handy for me.
Melt Brothers is my go-to when looking for a reasonably priced and delicious feed. Make sure you order the toastie with mac cheese and maple bacon (that's right). The loaded tater tots are also to die for. Cheap decent quality coffee, and good happy hour deals. Réservez une table maintenant
This place is quite literally unbelievable. It is the king of possibly the most delicious food that exists. Staff always friendly and cheerful, Coffee exceptional, and the tater tots? wow, just, wow. Do yourself a favour, eat and drink anything from this joint
I had the In Da Club the other day and it was AMAZING!!!! The maple bacon and roast chicken were both so tasty and the mayo with it worked perfectly. Also I got the loaded tater tots, which are the best things ever!! Would definitely recommend!!
Melt Brothers is an excellent place to get Brisbane's best toasted sandwiches. With gooey cheese, fresh bread, and top-quality ingredients, this spot is a must-visit. The mac and cheese toastie and potato tots are crowd favorites.
