It is a quaint lilPlace, it mostly has fine wines, delicious deli delights, whole bean speciality coffees ??, Butcher Meats, Grab Go salad Egg, Pimento Cheese , salmon spreads, heat and eat items such as for evening meals...then small typical grocery items, they have speciality beers ?, farm fresh eggs ?, flavored infused Olive oils, it has a pizza ? section along with a warm hand held sandwich Cafe with dine in available...bathrooms lacked in cleanliness...the floors are on the needed cleaning and they need to dust the place...the staff has that southern charm to them everyone... when you come here, you will have to take the time and look around...lots to see and lots to choose from...look...

They offer one of the best breakfasts I've ever tasted—especially the corned beef and hash, which I highly recommend. Their impressive variety of exotic wines and beers adds to the experience. Whether you're stopping by for a meal or looking for exceptional cherries for an old-fashioned cocktail, this place delivers. The service is excellent, and the food is simply outstanding.
I was told by friends I was with that they had a very good hamburger but I had a hamburger the day before so I opted for the French dip with roast beef and unfortunately I can say that the roast beef was dry and did not have much flavor to it I wish Ihad got the hamburger. However they must have good food because it is a very very busy place and the staff was courteous theprices for the area or reasonable. The next time I'm in that area and eat there again I may up my rating.

Absolutely love this place although it?s has changed over the years to a more focused and quicker ?experience? making it perfect for those that want very high quality quickly. Hot breakfast, fantastic pizza made to order, curated wine selection and on andon. This is not the place for those looking for cheep groceries. We go every other day when in highlands instead of cooking athome when we aren?t out. Highly recommended
We absolutely love Mountain Fresh Grocery! I had the grilled chicken sandwich, and my sons enjoyed the homemade pizza—everything was excellent. I also savored their pecan pie during Thanksgiving, which was delicious! Their menu features a butcher meat market, an extensive selection of wines, fresh dips, chicken salad, pizza, and baked goods. Highly recommend!

Small boutique grocery store ... even that is a stretch. Not much selection, and it 's very expensive. I think those that visit here can say they come for the Mountain Fresh Grill. The burger is incredible. Heard great things about their pizza. Very niceemployees. Always a place to visit when in town.

We had a burger, grilled cheese and french dip. All with fries. Yes it is pricey but it was very good. The fries were crispy and delicious. We also bought some blueberry bread for breakfast the next morning and it was good as well, not as sweet as we likedbut very good.
I tried the BBQ Chicken pizza tonight, and it was fantastic! Ordering online was fast and straightforward. The restaurant offers a wide variety of other choices as well.
