My review is 100% due to one phone conversation I just had. I have not eaten there, and I never will. My wife and I are new to the neighborhood, and trying to figure out our new pizza place. I called and asked if they deliver, the response was no, and they immediately hung up the phone. My plan was to pick it up, if they didn 't deliver, but they just hung up on me. I called back right away and said that I was going to order pick up if they didn 't deliver, but since they hung up on me I wouldn 't be giving them my business. The response was ok. I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The man at the front was quite rude to me. The online menu listed a medium pizza for $18, but when I asked about it, he insisted it was $22. I mentioned the price I saw online, and he dismissively replied that he didn't care what the online menu stated and that his price was final. On a positive note, the older gentleman who works there and doesn’t speak much English was very nice.
Nino’s is undoubtedly the best place for pizza and subs! I've been a loyal customer for nearly 30 years, ever since my first child was born, and it remains unmatched to this day. The quality of the food and the friendly service are consistently exceptional. It's a very kid-friendly spot; every child is warmly welcomed. I enjoyed a lunch meal here, and the experience was fantastic!
I want to start by saying that Nino's serves excellent pizza. However, I recently ordered a pizza for $19, and after using my credit card, the total ended up being $28. I understand that restaurants often charge credit card fees these days, but this feels excessive and bordering on theft. I don't plan to return.
