It has many options like we can dine indoor/outdoor at the store, rapid pickup (when we order online), drive-thru, order at counter in store, we can even order atkiosk station in store. Drive-thru we tried only once and we are not super happy with the experience. So we only go withordering online and Rapid picking of the order and we are very happy with it. While picking up, we have a screen that tells thestatus of the order like in preparation or ready. This was one of the busiest Panera locations I've ever visited. Despite the large crowd, I was impressed by how efficiently the fast pickup orders were handled, and customers received their orders in a timely manner. I thought I would have to wait, but my order was ready in less than 12 minutes, which was a pleasant surprise. Everything I needed was easily accessible. I also observed an employee actively clearing empty dishes from tables, which demonstrated their dedication to customer service.
The restaurant is always well-kept, and the food at the chain locations usually meets expectations. However, the restrooms could use some improvement. Although the floors and tabletops are clean, I've noticed food scraps occasionally building up on the chairs. The staff carries out their tasks efficiently, but they don't interact much with customers or engage in conversation.
The food and drinks are quite good, but I've observed that the portion sizes have decreased while the prices have gone up. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is outstanding. One noticeable change is that they no longer serve food at your table. On the bright side, they do offer complimentary drinks. Plus, the rewards program is an excellent way to save some money.

The prices for each item have steadily gone up, but sadly, the quality of the food has dropped. The chicken and rice soup was too watery; it used to be thick and creamy. Perhaps they're thinning it out to manage rising costs? Who knows. The sandwiches have also become smaller and have less filling. I think I'll check out a different location next time.
Millie, who I think is the manager, served us and was so kind and incredibly patient. We kept changing our order, and my friend, who is vegan, asked for a lot of detailed descriptions of the menu items. Thank you, Millie, for your understanding and support! The air conditioning was fantastic on such a hot day.
Today, I visited the Panera Bread in North Brunswick, and I must say that Karen, who took my order, was exceptionally kind and professional. She was very attentive, making my experience truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this Panera location on US 1 South.
I had a wonderful lunch date with my daughter that we both thoroughly enjoyed. We shared some flatbread and plenty of laughs. Overall, it was one of the best days ever!

Employees, environment and food are always on the point. Never had a single problem with this place. Really one of the best Panera breads I was on.
