We love the room which is well-maintained, cozy and spacious. The only drawback would be the room we had was on the ground floor which feels a little bit unsafe and not private enough (it is capable to climb into the room via window). But this is very minor issue for us since we feel secure all the time while we were in Switzerland. We had lambs in Zermatt, Chur and the lamb served at this restaurant was the best! The host, reception staff and restaurant staff are all very friendly. Love their smile! Service: 5
