Very few dishes show any South American influence and they don't serve alcohol, so the name seems out of place. However, the empanadas had been recommended to me so I kept visiting and on the visit they finally had some available, and they were good fried bread style and packed really thick with richly flavoured filling. isn't cheap but is less than most charge for this level of empanada. I've also had a mushroom quesadilla, which had great rich flavours and good ingredients and the price was good. The rest of the place is standard cafe and I found the coffee bitter (but strong and rough in the South American style), so it's hit and miss but the food I've had has been good and the prices...
