The purple base, which I assume is made from açaí berries, contained quite a few frozen chunks. While it was refreshing on a hot day, the texture wasn't very pleasant and felt off, though I can’t say for certain as I don’t have prior experience with this dish. When the store manager took my call, I repeated my order again. To my shock, he laughed as well and said I had called the wrong location before abruptly hanging up on me. This has been the rudest and most disrespectful experience I’ve ever had, and it felt racially insensitive. No one should have to endure mockery over their accent. It is disrespectful to the Latino community, and if there was confusion about my order, it is the responsibility of the staff to become familiar with the menu, not mine as a customer.
As a further update, I sent a formal complaint to the Morristown location via email, but they never responded.
We visited on the 4th of July when many restaurants were closed, and we were in need of a meal. We received prompt and friendly service, and the restaurant's decor was lovely. The bowl I ordered was exceptional—fresh and flavorful, just what I wanted! I highly recommend this place if you're in the mood for something unique, fresh, and healthy. Food: 5/5.

This new location in Morristown, situated on the green, is fantastic. Be sure to sign up for their rewards program and order ahead to skip the wait. The Pura Vida Acai bowl is absolutely delicious!
My half base bowl was so good. The fruit was so fresh and the amount of Nutella was perfect amount to curb my chocolate craving. Loved that the bases didn't just take like banana.Food: 5/5

Nutella bowls are the best! Service is consistently great. Too much granola and too little acai, during my last visit, very dry.
