Reign At Qvb - Réservation de table

The cheese platter was beautifully presented, and we enjoyed the Mumm Champagne at this restaurant. However, the waiter seemed disorganized and unaware of our reservation. We were initially seated at a table, then moved, and had a menu dumped in front of us. It took 10 minutes to receive water, and another 10 minutes to place our order, despite there being only one other table seated at 10am. Our drinks were not brought to our table, so we had to go to the bar to inquire. One of the drinks we ordered was still missing. Despite these issues, the venue itself was beautiful.

Even though the restaurant had a sharp and clean atmosphere, exuding a fancy vibe, we decided to leave after waiting 40 minutes just for a drink. While others around us were being served, we felt as though we were being overlooked. The menu was excessively thick, resembling a book, and the prices were quite high. Ultimately, we made the decision to walk out. The choice is yours.

The menu offered a variety of options, but I was disappointed when I ordered a $28 tortellini dish and only received five small tortellini. Despite the delicious flavor of the dish, the portion size was so small that I left the restaurant still feeling hungry. It's a shame because the food was good, but the stingy portion size would prevent me from returning.

nikki, who was sitting on us, was the epitomy of what is about excellent service. it is dedicated, highly trained and excellent professional. even their water casting techniques were professionally made. keep them the great work nikki. you smile and attention were the two factors that people retire in this caffe. we had a good look at the cbd. Bought the lobster sandwich with Russian salad. The lobster and bread were nice but the Russian Salad was disgraceful. Looked like poor quality frozen mixed vegetables. Very poor effort with a lobster dish.

we will only return for the donuts that were delicious. the service can be inconsistent, depending on who they get. interesting customers, in which my daughter and I didn't fit, but we had fun anyway.

beautiful lighthouse with view over the Rathaus. eating was nice and good priced if not exceptional. Unfortunately like so many Sydney spots that are all shiny surfaces quite loud.

Great ambience, amazing service and great choice and variety of champagne and wine !! Certainly a place to visit again for long luncheons and brunch! Réservez une table maintenant

Food is ok, but you can tell the restaurant is very under staff. Understand COVID situation, but they were just too busy.
