I can't believe how incredible everything was! Each dish held up beautifully during transport. The baguette in the Banh Mi remained crispy and crunchy upon arrival, and all the meats were delicious without any strange flavors. The pickled carrots and daikon in the Saigon Special Sandwich (S1) were full of flavor, and I definitely recommend adding extra vegetables to it. The Shrimp Summer Rolls (Sd1) were incredibly fresh, and as a condiment lover, I couldn't resist adding extra Sriracha. I'm not sure if they make their own Sriracha or use a great brand I'm not aware of, but theirs is far superior to the usual kind. I've visited Saigon Subs at least a dozen times, so I feel confident sharing my thoughts — I absolutely love this place! The food is consistently fantastic. I usually order a Bahn Mi sandwich, and I can honestly say they are among the best I’ve ever had, both here and elsewhere. You’re always welcomed with a friendly greeting, and they have no trouble preparing your food just the way you want it. The summer rolls are fantastic, and the lemongrass chicken is incredibly tasty as well. I’ve never been disappointed. I highly recommend this spot. Even the coffee is excellent! Oh, and did I mention how impeccably clean it is? I'm just waiting for them to start offering pho!
The food and the service we're excellent. We were just passing through town on the way to Boston and happy we stopped at this shop. We ordered the shrimp/pork spring rolls, lemongrass chicken rice plate and a sandwich. The portions were generous, food was delicious and very fresh. I have enjoyed Vietnamese food for many years and it was nice to see fresh spring rolls that were obviously made to order.
This beef satay banh mi was simply delightful. The baguette was light and crispy, and the balance of ingredients was spot on. The flavors were vibrant and fantastic. I've been on the hunt for a good banh mi spot for a long time, and since I just moved to the area, I couldn't be happier to find this place. It's incredible, and I look forward to trying more items from their menu.

We love this restaurant both in person or delivered! Our favorite are the sandwiches S8 or S4 for beginners or S9 or S7 for the more adventurous! Expect sandwiches to have a tangy zing as Vietnamese sandwiches have pickled veggies these sandwiches are never boring!

The food was delicious, and I really enjoyed it. However, I had an issue with the bill and would like a refund. Overall, the food was great, but there were some unsettling aspects.
The restaurant is clean, the service is quick, and the bánh mì is delicious and fresh. The salad rolls and peanut sauce are also excellent! I would definitely come back!
