Staying at a nearby motel before flying out from Brisbane Airport the following morning we came across this attractive cafe/restaurant.The menu was comprehensive with a good selection of seafood options and Vietnamese meals. We quickly decided that their snapper dinner was what we felt like. It came with beer-battered chips and a choice of salad or steamed vegetables.....we opted for the latter.The steamed vegetables (a few slices of carrot and a couple of small pieces of broccoli) were okay, if a little cool, the beer-battered chips very good, but the crumbed snapper was extremely disappointing. This seems to be a very popular restaurant, particularly on weekends. It's just around the corner from Kingsford Smith Drive, and Nudgee Road. The coconut curried prawns that I had were very tasty, and I liked the addition of stir fried vegetables. Service was very friendly and reasonably fast. I have visited the restaurant before several years ago, and it's good to see that the high standards have been maintained.
A great little find .. staying at a nearby motel went for a walk and came across Seagrill.Great little resturant massive wine selection by the glass at very good prices.Had the prawn cocktail lovely fresh prawns and my partner had the oysters also perfect.Mains was Soy glazed Salmon lovely perfectly cooked and scollop mornay seared scollops and a lovely mornay sauce. Very friendly service. Will be back.
Whoa.I'm a Floridian - so fish is life. I've had snapper from countless brisbane and Gold Coast restaurants, but this takes the cake. Ask for grilled anything - the grilled snapper in particular came out with a candied layer that left you wanting for naught!Give it a go - you'll appreciate every second

Great coffee and yummy breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful. Close to motel and airport. If you walk straight down the main road and to the left every Friday and Saturday night Eatstreet markets are on from 430pm.
we asked to see the fish before we decided to order, not an unusual request in a fish cafe. we were told it was kept out the back....we took our chances, never again. fish was tasteless, chips awful
Just visited on my way to the races. Quick service , great meal, very tasty fish, chips and salad. Normally I avoid the salad but in this case I loved the salad!
Best chicken wings and seasoned hot chips in town. Worth the visit. AA+Friendly staff clean and tidy.? I Will certainly become a regular customer. Cheers

Can't complain about the size of the seafood platter -was very well presented and was delicious. Good value for money.
Can't complain anything. Such an amazing place for dinner. Very friendly service and good foods. Highly recommended
