I ordered a large pepperoni pizza with half meatballs. They called to inform me that they were out of pepperoni—seriously, a pizzeria without pepperoni? I then asked for ground beef instead. I requested garlic powder, but the person said they didn't have garlic butter. I clarified that I wanted garlic powder, and he then said, "Oh yes, we have that." When I finally got the pizza, it was overloaded with meatballs and other meats. Honestly, it was the worst pizza I've ever had. The cheese bread had no flavor at all. You definitely won't see me there again—this was my first and last visit.
We are staying at Ramada for the night after the big Nascar race. We didn't feel like going back out to eat and decided to order delivery! NOT DISSAPPOINTED!!! The food was amazing! I had the veggie-boli and it was delicious! They even added pineapple upon request. SO GOOD! My husband and grandson had spaghetti and it was also very good! Nobody ate all of their meal and we have lunch left for tomorrow!! Best part is it cost less than $30 delivered!!!! Nearly unheard of these days!! Wish we had this back home in NY! Thank you all so much!! Great place!!
Not sure who the waitress was around 130pm today but she was rude. The display said seat yourself so we did, a couple minutes later two more people came in and sat down. Wanna know who she addressed and assisted first? Not us. Then when we got up to leave she had the audacity to say where are you guys going? Obviously our business wasn’t wanted or the fair thing would have been to help the customers who came in first. Whats worse is she seen us come in. Made eye contact with us and then went to the other table anyway. Horrible customer service.
We entered the restaurant to enjoy some pizza and found the atmosphere warm and inviting at first. However, after placing our order, we discovered that the air conditioning in the dining room was broken. When I mentioned this to a staff member and suggested they should put a notice on the door to inform customers, he reacted indignantly. I won't be returning there again; I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. His lack of manners and indifference were disappointing. It's a disappointing way to run a business.

After making several phone calls, I finally reached someone, but they hung up almost immediately. When I tried calling back to place an order, I felt rushed off the phone before I could even finish. I understand that things can get busy, but there are better ways to handle customer service and answer calls. It seems like the young lady who was answering the phones hasn't been properly trained.
This location is definitely better than the one on the main street. However, they do have a habit of forgetting things. When we ordered last night, they omitted my hot sauce and didn’t include the rolls that were supposed to come with our meals. They really need to be more attentive.
We are in town for the week and called for delivery, food arrived on time and was warm.the delivery boy was very friendly. The food was good, we absolutely loved the mango habanero bites great spice and my son absolutely loved buffalo chicken wrap very saucey
Kevin is incredible; he went above and beyond our expectations with his exceptional customer service skills. He truly deserves recognition for his outstanding display of top-quality service.

I ordered a large pizza and they gave me a medium pizza and they charged me $20. They didn't give me a refund. Terrible service. I feel very scammed.
