Second Cup - Réservation de table

I prefer to add milk to my coffee instead of half half. Therefore I usually ask for a slightly larger cup. In every Starbucks I go to I always have Grande in Venti Cup and I know many ppl do the same. Well, Second Cup says "You are going to fill up your cup with our milk, so we need to charge that. Boss demanded so." When does a coffee shop started to charge for their milk??????? In Starbucks I can even ask for refill, now in Second Cup they charge for the milk I put in the coffee I ordered. Now, that's a one star!!!! Maybe Macdonald should start to charge for extra catchup you want with your fries.

We during our recent visit to Premium Outlet Centre, Halton Hills, Ontario had two times coffee at this restaurant. The restaurant is located near the Food Pavilion but not inside and so has less sitting area inside. We had once coffee at 11.30 am and...later around 4pm but could find sitting place only in the morning. Second time we took the coffee and sat in open area. The coffee is quite well prepared and service good inspire of rush. The coffee is little costlier as compared to other similar restaurants.

Always a good coffee at second cup, this one was very busy. Being in a high end shopping area, the crowd was looking for high end coffee. They did not have the coffee I like, Caramello, and said they had no time to open a bag to make some. I would figure they would always have a bag ready? It is their brand. She said it would be at least a 10 minute wait for one. So I decided to get another coffee. Too bad,....... Réservez une table maintenant

always a good coffee in the second cup, this was very busy. to be in a high-end shopping area, searched the amount for high-end coffee. They didn't have the coffee I like, caramello, and said they had no time to open a bag to do something. I thought they always had a bag ready? it's their brand. she said it would wait at least 10 minutes. So I chose another coffee.

After a day of shopping, I stopped by this place for a large cappuccino with all the toppings: whipped cream and cinnamon. They offer the option to take it to-go or sit and relax in the cozy atmosphere. It was the perfect end to a long day.

Great cappacino- with all the tooling whip cream and cinnamon - hit the spot after shopping all day- you could either have a to go cup or sit and relax in side...comfortable setting...great staff

Nice coffee shop at the premium outlets with plenty seats for you to rest your feet. Busy place too..friendly and can imagine it's a good spot to warm up in the winter Réservez une table maintenant

I stopped by for a hot chocolate and the server seemed a bit cranky. Despite their attitude, the hot chocolate was delicious.
