Delicious! The food at Shake Shack is consistently well-prepared, beautifully presented, and incredibly tasty! The service is both friendly and efficient, and the restaurant itself is inviting and well-maintained. Shake Shack's menu is exciting, featuring a diverse selection of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, to satisfy any craving you might have. While it may be pricier than a fast-food place with golden arches or one where kids rule, it's important to note that Shake Shack is not your typical fast-food chain with inferior quality. Here, you truly get what you pay for: fantastic food, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere. I couldn’t be happier that they’re around!
First time at this location and unfortunately it was disappointing. Spent close to $50 for just two people for for the same or less than fast food quality. My burger was cold and tasted like it's been sitting out all day. Hot dog was good but very sloppily thrown together. The Chicken Sandwich we ordered was good. The person that took our order was friendly but otherwise the staff did not look happy to be there. Also got that feeling when I had to approach them for something missing in our order. Lastly it was very cold in the building so it was a bit uncomfortable.
I'm on a business training session in King Of Prussia. And I was looking for a decent burger place to just grab and go. I wasn't feeling the usual fast food burger places that we all know. I saw Shake Shack on Google in the area and decided to head over. The staff was professional and the wait was minimal. I was able to try a double shack burger and fries with ginger ale. The burger was well seasoned and the toppings were crisp. The fries weren't greasy and little seasoned. I enjoyed the meal. This place would be somewhere I'd visit again once I'm back in KOP.
I had my first visit to Shake Shack, and it was fantastic! The service was incredibly friendly, and the burgers were the juiciest and most flavorful I've ever had. They even offered gluten-free buns, which was a pleasant surprise! I had a lovely conversation with the manager, Molly, and was particularly impressed by one of her employees, Obrahian. He treated our family like we were old friends. It's a great spot to enjoy some delicious food away from the mall. We came in for a meal and left feeling satisfied and happy. Thank you! To make matters worse, my fries went cold almost immediately, which made me suspect they were re-heated before serving. They only offered three packets of ketchup for two orders of fries, and I was already waiting for my order, so it wasn’t as if it had been sitting long. Plus, my half-and-half had no trace of cane sugar in it! Do yourself a favor and skip this place—stay home and fry your own food instead. Absolutely disgusting! I would rate it zero stars if I could!
Charming little hamburger joint just outside the mall with absolutely delicious food. I loved the French fries and cheeseburger, and the Black and White shake was delightful. The atmosphere was enjoyable, with comfortable seating available both inside and outside. Shake Shack is also considerate of those with gluten allergies and other dietary requirements, offering suitable menu options. I highly recommend visiting and enjoying your experience!
The food was decent, and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was just alright. However, I do have one question: why is there a bathroom stall without a locking mechanism? It was quite uncomfortable having to hold the door shut while trying to take care of business.
Let's be honest here, Some of the best take out burgers I have ever had. The burgers were so delicious and even the fries slapped. The sad part is that I live far away and haven't had a burger that tasted as good as they have. Will totally go again if i'm in the area. Réservez une table maintenant
