came for muggy Monday and was not disappointed. Live music was great, the staff were all friendly and fast and the selection of beer was great. the wobbles were a pub was super busy for a Monday that was much fun! definitely a great place on george street that I will come back at the next visit!
My family and I had our first dinner here in St. John's. It was excellent! Good atmosphere with good food. My parents found the battered fish to be a bit greasy, but our moose poutine and moose burger were outstanding! Excellent service as well - would highly recommend this restaurant.
we took our family who were from the usa home, and they had a great time! although we did not eat, we drank and managed to close the place. the music was great and for a place full was our server exceptional! not even had to ask for drinks that made them aware, we will be back
Visited for a dinner and a listen to a local performer. Service was fantastic and the meal was ok but we were certainly disappointed with the musincal performance. The solo act did more talking than singing and seemed to be just going through the motions...More Réservez une table maintenant
eating is great entertainment is fantastic just wishing that it was a bit bigger and had jacket check in winter, but in saying that it would have been there for so long, which would also take the look away from the place. love it
Shamrock is the best bar you will ever find in St John's. Exceptional service you will not find anywhere else. Good bands if you want to hear a bit of live music. Go to Shamrock City you won't be dissappointed.
Could be great but wasn't. The band were good but it was an an Irish Newfoundland acoustic band that didn't need amplification let alone over amplification....
