Went on my annual trip to Lake George to see the fireworks with my family. What pairs best with fireworks and your family; ICE CREAM! I’ve been to every ice cream shop in lake George over the years, they do the job, but are more or less mediocre. Although, I stumbled upon a new ice cream shop called Silb Scoops. The ice cream as well as the extremely personable owners were exceptional. Much better than any other ice cream shop on the strip. Best ice cream shop in Lake George!!! They have a great selection of ice cream (both hard and soft). Their coffee was always fresh and they have delicious flavors, in addition to cappuccino, espresso, lattes, etc. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Prices are great and they give you a lot for your money! Make sure you try the Silbaccino...it was delicious!!!
Their milkshakes are awesome! I keep meaning to get a picture but it's an empty cup by that time. If you are looking for a great new place to get some ice cream, milkshakes, or handmade ice cream sandwiches... Chris and Dani are who you have to go see!
The handmade ice cream sandwiches are absolutely amazing! You can choose between hard or soft ice cream. The milkshakes are perfectly portioned, and the Silbuccino is another standout item! I treat myself to something from here nearly every day!

Silb Scoops is an absolute must have when in Lake George! Staff is extremely friendly and their ice cream is creamy and delicious. They even offer a ‘pup cup’ for the pooch!! Teddy approves!
