My food was quite good, but there were a few bits of oat milk in my drink, which was a bit off-putting. However, it was still enjoyable overall. My main issue was the presence of several groups of girls with their mothers who were grabbing Starbucks before their dance performances. I noticed that there were hundreds of them at the hotel, but they all seemed to flock to Starbucks in the morning. Overall, I would rate my experience a 4 out of 5.
5 stars for the only spot to grab coffee and breakfast on Saturday morning at 6:15! All other restaurants in the Hyatt are closed until after 7 a.m. A heads up: if you're attending a dance convention, this is the sole place to fuel up your dancers before the 7 a.m. classes start. Just be prepared for a wait of around 20-25 minutes for items that need to be heated up.
The restaurant is very busy due to its location near the congress center, but the service is still efficient and accommodating. However, I cannot say the same for other restaurants I have visited. Great experience overall.
