I drove back to the restaurant and requested that it be remade. The employee opened the sandwich and asked what the issue was. I explained the mistakes, but she just removed a banana pepper and suggested I could have taken the unwanted ingredients off myself. I reiterated that there were several problems and asked for a correct remake. Instead of addressing my concerns, she turned to another customer and mocked me. I confronted her about this disrespectful behavior, stating that I didn’t appreciate being ridiculed in front of others.

Mimi was has a very pleasant personality. I ordered online first and then came into the store. It was very clean and a lady was cleaning too that worked there while MiMi made sandwiches. I wish this store had crushed red peppers and their online ordering did not have light mayo which they have in store which was great to see. While great personality , my jalapeños on the side were left out of the bag that I reiterated once walking in. Also asked for sandwiches to be cut into 4s but they were just cut in half. The rotisserie chicken is also not so great but I believe that isn’t this Subway personally but just Subway’s rotisserie chicken style/flavor. A star for MiMi, a star for the cleanlines...
I have to say that this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The person who took my order was incredibly slow and seemed disinterested in completing it. It took over 25 minutes, when it really should have taken no more than 10. The only reason I stuck around was for my family. I might consider trying this place again if a different staff were working, but I wouldn't recommend it at all—unless it’s an absolute emergency.
The customer service is outstanding, and the staff are incredibly friendly. However, the restaurant is quite compact, which may make it challenging for some to notice from the street. Nevertheless, the sandwiches are amazing, and there’s always food on hand. I highly recommend this spot if you're seeking a quick bite to curb your hunger.

I strongly recommend avoiding this Subway location. My experience with the staff was quite unpleasant, as they were very rude. Additionally, they added a tip to my bill without my consent. My meal was $17, but they rounded it up to $20. This extra charge seemed to come from either the manager or the owner, and I did not authorize it.
Don't let the Spanish female fix your sandwich...she will give you bare minimal of meat..if I order footlong cold cut trio she will give u a trio of the meat knowing u supposed to get 4(half sandwich 2 cuts of the trio but if u order a footlong you'll get 3...her math is wrong...she does it every time..I refuse to order from her
I had an extremely disappointing experience with the food at this restaurant. After having a tuna sub, I experienced indigestion and intense stomach pain. I'm thinking about pursuing legal action after discussing it with my doctor.
I had a wonderful experience with the service; they even cut my 6-inch sub in half for me. They provided exactly what I wanted, with just a little sauce. The staff was very polite and attentive.
