A 1 star rating is too generous for this flimsy, unprofessional location. I blame myself for ever returning to this chain but sometimes, it is the sole option in my area. I have only interacted with this location twice which is two times too many. The second time was enough to compel me to write this review. I stopped in at 9:06 PM after a meeting on Wednesday and came to find they 'd closed. Mind you, the sign says they close at 9:30 PM. Two women were inside cleaning up and I gesticulated for about a minute for her to come to the door. Once she had reluctantly drug herself over (God forbid you 'd do your job), I pointed to the sign and told her they closed at 9:30 PM, which gave me ample t...
Sandwich itself good as usual. But condiments trays not organized and definitely not stacked properly.Straws and lids are missing.Lemande juices are missing.Coffee pots are missing.Tried fountain drink with Witamin water but IT was do diluted with water that only color matched and there was faint taste of the product. I would say the syrup ended and it didn't get restocked IMO.Crew will sit and talk in the back but not restock produce nor supplies.Either poor management training or just employees being lazy...Do not recommend.
This is your typical local subway shop. I like to get my sandwich early in the morning this store has fresh bread everyday, i like this store comparing to others since they don't try to sneak in stale bread from past night. i have been customer here for past year or so and the new management has definitely improved the store in past 6 months or so but they need to keep improving more.
I’m confused as to why they would answer the phone if they don’t speak English. I had a simple request: to change my pickup time to 11:30. Their website indicated 11:30, but my order confirmation stated 9:30. When I called to ask for the change, the woman on the line seemed completely lost, even though I was clear. If language is an issue, maybe they shouldn’t be taking phone calls.

The service at this restaurant is outstanding. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the food is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this Subway, as it’s much better than other locations. Don’t let the negative reviews discourage you; this place is amazing!
Such slow service. The guy squishes your bread when be slices it so its basically a flatbread. They dont understand the toppings you want and burned a sub and chicken for those before us in line. Bad subs even for subway standards, slow service, burnt food.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway, and I won't be returning. The staff was quite rude to me and other customers, possibly due to being overwhelmed during the lunch rush. Their behavior was simply unacceptable!
Update: Since my previous one star review. I have revisited a few time every other month. We keep things simple. I order. I point. I pay.There is no need to exchange words

Fast and friendly employees, fresh food, and fast service. I recommend them.
