During my first few visits, a friendly young woman helped me as I ordered through the app to grab food for my graveyard shift. My coworkers have a fondness for the cookies, so I began ordering several dozen at a time. I usually picked up around 4:30 PM, which you might think would mean the cookies would be readily available for evening customers. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I often ended up with whatever cookies they had on hand, if any at all. This nice young lady mentioned that it takes about half an hour to bake fresh cookies. I ordered pickup today and when I got home with the sandwich I saw that it had no tomatoes or pickles on it. I called the store to se did they happened to be out of tomatoes and pickles and the associate responded with “my manager isn’t here right now” I repeated my question and then was hung up on. Just the day before (6/30) I ordered online as well, got to the store and my order was no ready, the girl working the line was too busy flirting with the man in front of me to even acknowledge I was there. Came in for lunch for first time cause I'm working out here. The 3 ladies up front were very Professional and everything was nice and clean and in order. Fresh cookies and bread.
