Sultan's Kebabs Shisha

Poor service. A few friends of mine and I went to the Sultan restaurant on a Saturday night and was told that they don't cater for groups of only men but made an exception for us on the basis that we sit at the front of the restaurant and that we had to leave as soon as we finished eating, down right rude and unexceptable. We decided to stay due to the fact that we were hungry and didn't want to travel all the way to Sydney rd for a decent turkish meal. disgustet! How can they save it to humans? I feel so restless to throw it out, but I realized that it is not my fault for such a disgusting meal. this box was opened (20 minutes later) so chips are softened in oil. barely any garlic sauce half covered. I took a bite and my mouth was in all the chicken skin parts of the joints. I sat down to search out all skin and chicken parts and realized that the look of him took away my appetit. I'm sure it's even more in the box.

The service was super fast but when asked for lamb kebab and she gave me chicken instead, even though I told her three times that I want lamb. That is not professional at all. The chicken was dry, the best thing about my kebab was the jalapeño. My boyfriend ordered a HSP and his chip was pre cooked and cold. It such as a disappointing experience. We had a much a nicer kebab and HSP at other place with a much better price too. Would never come back again.

I ordered a mixed HSP with chips through the UberEats app. The chips were crispy and the meat was juicy. I enjoyed the compact size and the combination of sweet BBQ sauce with a mild garlic sauce. The mix of crispy chips, juicy meat, sweet BBQ sauce, and light garlic sauce was perfect for those with a sensitive palate for sweetness. Réservez une table maintenant

Authentic Turkish at a good price. Decided to try this place out as I live around the corner it always seems to be busy. Very glad I did. I had the mixed plate with capsicum dip baklava. I was filled to the brim really enjoyed my meal. Will be coming back for more!

while the food is good and service is generally quite good one staff member is particularly rude and wrecks the whole atmosphere of the store, treating customers like animals and herself like a sultan.... i see why its called sultans kebabs

Lady was rude and didn’t even know the items on their own menu. Despite the multiple eftpos available on the door and counter there is no eftpos. You’re directed to a rip off ATM in which the minimum withdrawal is $50. No thank you.

stood in front of the counter for 25 minutes and the ladies not even take my order or asked me to wait or if someone will be with me or they are closed. it was 7 o'clock on Friday night. Réservez une table maintenant

I will never go back. Requested for a souvlaki with no meat. I was looked at like a freak and given old stale bread (perhaps as punishment? . Worst experience ever.

extremely rude on the phone because he couldn't hear me. very bad customer care and eating was average. the first and last time I will come here
