Sun Nong Dan Rowland Heights

I had a great dining experience with excellent food, portion sizes, and service. Although I was alone, the staff treated me with the same attention and care as they would a large group. I really appreciate that they open early. The restaurant is also very clean and has a charming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

I had the beef short rib, ox knee, ox tail, and a spicy beef leek soup. The soup was incredibly spicy, and the level of heat cannot be adjusted. The short ribs, while flavorful, were slightly overcooked underneath the bark. Additionally, the restroom could use some cleaning and maintenance.
