I ordered the Deluxe Bento Box, which included four pieces of fire dragon roll, two tempura prawns, crumbed chicken, salad, rice, and miso soup. It was absolutely delicious! I got it to go, and while I waited, I observed the atmosphere—it was fantastic! The vibe was lively, and the kitchen staff was incredibly energetic. The person who served me at the front counter was very helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed my experience, and I look forward to dining in at the restaurant next time!
I got salmon nigiri the salmon thin until I can see through. My got 2 udon one was veg other was seafood no taste and I don’t think it even boiled it’s cold til I can taste the stinky of the soup because it cool not even hot. No one come to service I need to wait so long. I ask for the soy sauce plate she told me they haven’t wash it yet. Never come back.
There was a complete lack of hygiene and understanding of cross-contamination among the staff. When concerns were raised, their response was simply to use a cloth that had been sitting on the counter to wipe their gloves and the counter itself. After that, they continued to handle both cooked and raw food products at the same time.
Customer service is out the window at this Sushi Resturant. On a Saturday lunch rush, only one chef in the kitchen and only one for front of house. We waited nealy 35mins for our order and the chicken wasn't cooked correctly. I hope this store improves quickly. Réservez une table maintenant
