My friends and I were looking for a great Asian restaurant to have a meal, and we discovered Sushi Yoshi. Our server, Nelson, greeted us with warmth and friendliness. We were intrigued by their unique table design with a "hole in the floor" and absolutely loved the delicious kani salads, wontons, and everything else we ordered. Nelson was not only friendly and funny but also very attentive. I can't recommend Sushi Yoshi enough; it truly made my holiday weekend memorable.
Edit::: so eating in is WAY better than take out. The food was still out fast very fresh!!! Plenty of food for my tummy even though it looks like small plates. The service was friendly. They do offer QR menu or paper menu just ask. The sangria was good. 10$ for glass. 10$ for the beer. Salad is small but dressing is good. A little dark in the restaurant, but it's atmosphere is happy. I would recommend it.. 10/10
Wow, what an amazing experience! This was my first visit to the restaurant, and everything—from the drinks to the food—was delicious. The Poopoo platter was especially tasty. We were a group of eight and decided to order the platter for four, which ended up being more than enough for all of us as an appetizer. I had the tempura dinner, and it was fantastic! Everyone in our group enjoyed their meals as well.
The service was outstanding, and the food was quite delicious. They were closing for the season the next day and had already run out of some items I was interested in, but what I tried was really enjoyable. The shrimp shumai was fantastic, the sushi dinner was very good, the Mongolian chicken had just the right amount of spice, and the pork dumplings were crispy. I always look forward to stopping by Sushi Yoshi whenever I travel through Lake George on my way to and from Lake Placid. During my last two visits, I had an incredible experience thanks to the wonderful server, Drea. I particularly enjoy sitting at the bar where she delivers exceptional service and creates the best sake sangria I've ever had! Thank you, Drea, for the outstanding service!
We did the hibachi experience. I recommend, 10/10 for experience and food. It was flavorful, fresh, and plentiful. My husband treated us for our son's 7th birthday and this is great for kids as the experience is entertaining. The entire staff were polite, friendly, and professional. Although we were the last service of the night I never once felt rushed out or hurried.
Well, the food isn't bad overall. However, the Miso Soup wasn't good if I'm being completely honest. No flavor, tasted like water. And I wanted soup, because I was cold. They also made us wait after calling ahead and telling us it wasn't busy. Oh well. Decent experience.
The food and service were great! The kids loved watching the food being prepared in front of them! They said it was the best steak they have had!! Réservez une table maintenant
