Got wrong orders for the 3rd time but this time I wanted to leave a review. You guys running a (big) business but not all employees were trained well to pay at least small attention to orders. The first time got me wrong food (in bag, seal tight) I didnt mind much because I worked at restaurants too and I understand how busy and stressful it was. Can we say, EGGETTE ?! Oh. My. Goodness. I was not expecting that kind of holy waffle goodness in a brown paper cone-cup. It is delicious. Superior. I saw it on the menu for $6.95 without any fillings and wondered why anyone would order that alone--well, now I know. And, yes, I will order it alone, plain, next time! It 's that good. This dessert is so delicious. And oloong sea salt cream is very good too.The inside is clean and spacious. I was in the store chatting with my friend for a while. Right before I was about to leave, I dropped my tea and spilt all over the ground. (So sorry) The cashier came over to clean and he also ordered another replacement for me. What a great service!! It was very thoughtful for the hot afternoon

Enjoyed the durian mochi a lot. We are from Denver, so not many fresh Asian dessert places. First time we tried durian mochi at any dessert places while traveling and it pretty good. The bubble waffle was good also, doesn’t give you a hollow taste but rather very pluffy and chewy like mochi fusion taste for mochi lovers like me.
I waited 20 minutes for my egglette, tea, and mochi, and I was not impressed with the taste. The mochi was too hard, and the egglette wasn't prepared correctly; if you've ever had the authentic Cantonese version, you'll know what I mean. Additionally, the restroom was really dirty and in desperate need of cleaning.
The dessert was fantastic! I loved the durian-flavored items. The eggette was crispy and delicious, perfectly complementing the flavors it was paired with. If you're unsure what to try, the strawberry and crème is a great choice. The durian pancake was fluffy and packed with flavor.
I can't come here anymore even though I enjoy the not too sweet desserts. They put even dine-in orders in to-go containers and I cannot support so much single use container use. Also they don't have purple yam anymore which was my favorite drink.

This place is simply wonderful! Rachel and Tracey were both the nicest workers I've ever met and the drinks were amazing! I would recommend the strawberry fizz drink and the jasmine milk tea! Top tier stuff guys! Hit them up no cap!
It's my favorite spot to visit. I came specifically for the durian mochi, and it never disappoints!
