"Visited this restaurant the evening January 8th, 2017 while in town for a minor hockey game. Angus burger was stone cold, as was the bun and the cheese was all dried out. It looked like it had been leftover from lunch. Absolutely disgusting."

Harvey's at this location is a great place, the owner comes by and ask how is everything, which is a nice touch, old town class. The food and service is second to none. Swiss Chalet is right next door, so you can order Harvey's or Swiss Chalet at the same time which is great if you do not want to tip as you would if you eat on the other side at Swiss chalet. Lots of parking and you have so many choices at Harvey's or Swiss Chalet, from their great burgers and fries and Swiss Chalet chicken. Enjoy both worlds.

Family dinner, fries were cold so server dumped them among the warm ones then served them i guess thinking some would be warm? Result greasy half cooked fries yuk! Serious lack of management at this location as Brampton Harveys serves the best food ever.Staff could care less and ordering takes forever with more complications than necessary. Staff lady almost pushed me aside to collect trays. Not a hint of courtesy or acknowledgeing customers should come first?Not recommened try any other burger chain in town

Take out at this particular location is absolutely awful! We have tried on numerous occasions, as we are long time SC lovers; whether it was drive thru or delivery to our home, we have been consistently extremely disappointed in the quality. Fries over cooked (when we specify to please lightly cook), chicken dried out...cold, orders all mixed up. Management really needs to pull up their socks here. Better in the restaurant, but still needs improvement to reach where other locations in GTA are at.

Its all in the title. Been here a couple times, has never been better than merely average. Most recent visit, the chicken was slimy and just all around bad. Its intended recipient refused to eat it, and much to my surprise, so too did the cats.
