That said, the quality can be inconsistent. There have been times when my order was incorrect or when I didn't receive enough food. Sometimes, they forget the hot sauce, which is a big part of why I come here. There have also been occasions where I've had to wait a long time, and recently there have been instances when I arrived to find the lights off and the restaurant appearing closed. This forced us to go to the parking lot to order through the app and then wait in line again, which is frustrating and diminishes the convenience that draws people in. Overall, though, it's a decent Taco Bell with good service for a fast-food place.
