I want to make it clear I've been going to this mall since I was little and I've been going to this Cheesecake Factory ever since I was little and almost always have had a good experience. However, going today was my worst experience and I probably won't be coming back at all. The service everytime I have come has always been great! It's a dimly lit restaurant that gives a more cozy romantic vibe. This was more in the night. I've also come during the daytime and it's well lit. The reason why I feel it deserves 3 stars is because the food always sounds AMAZING but I constantly feel like the dishes taste just ok. Cheesecake Factory is one of the better chain restaurants why? Let's find out! First, it never fails to get good service, they are always very attentive, even on busy days. I came with a party of 5 and were seated by the host and greeted by the waitress. I love the setting of this place, romantic, classy, and modern all in one. The menu options included Italian, American, Asian, cocktails, lighter fare for those on a diet, and plenty of options for those not on a diet lol. We got here just around noon on a Saturday and the wait was only about 5 minutes. We got the Shepard's pie on the lunch special menu as well as the fried chicken and waffle Benedict. Both are great brunch options! The chicken was tender and crispy yet not overly salty at all. The poached eggs were cooked to perfection! Very solid egg dish! We also go the lunch edition Shepard's pie and it's exactly what we are expecting and great portion for sharing as well! Can't forget about the brown bread simply the best! (We totally forgot to take pictures until half way through! A very solid option if you are looking for brunch spots in the area!
I had an overall positive experience. The service was good, and the staff were attentive. They initially messed up my first order, but they promptly cooked me a new dish and sincerely apologized for the mistake. The food was overall a 9/10. The chicken in the Pasta Da Vinci was a bit dry, though I believe that's just how it typically is prepared. Additionally, one side of the crispy Chicken Costoletta was a little too crispy, almost burnt. Despite these minor issues, I appreciated their effort to make things right, and I would likely return for another meal.

I prefer the Pasadena location. I ordered the Da Vinci plate and it was bland and dry. The only thing that gave it some taste was the cheese the waiter offered. The waiter was not attentive and spoke very low which made it hard for me to hear, especially, when all other guests are talking at the same time. I ordered the same at the Pasadena location and it tasted better, it even came with the sauce
The pasta dish was generously sized and came with shrimp instead of chicken. We also had a delicious chocolate fudge sundae for dessert.
