Also meet or exceeds our expectations, They were super busy, but they still kept everything flowing and made sure to keep us updated on how things are coming along. Their unique breakfast cocktails are a must have!! The Pumpkin Pie Martini is fantastic and their Ultimate **** Mary is practically a meal in itself. All the dishes we have ordered are fresh, hot and delicious, love the Classic Eggs Benedict!!
If you like healthier breakfast options this is the place for you. The place itself is very cute and I love that they have drinks for a fun brunch, but theres not as many options as roasted in southside. The avocado toast is small and not very filling. The other dishes are more healthy, not as exciting to me. I enjoy it here and its good to come with omni friends, but wish there were more options
I am excited to discover another restaurant with vegan breakfast choices. I was informed that their fries are prepared separately from any meat, which is a big positive. The breakfast menu offers 3 vegan options, and I tried the veggie option which I really enjoyed. You can taste the turmeric in it, but it's not overpowering. Some of the vegetarian options can also be easily made vegan.
Always nice to find a place with vegan breakfast options. The tofu scramble is quite good. The vegan skillet is also good, but not traditional breakfast food (it's tofu veggies over quinoa, no toast or homefries Excellent almond milk latte. every holiday we come to bethlehem to have breakfast in the flying egg. they have a unique application on the standard breakfast price. I loved the breakfast bowl. the joy of a vegetarian! my man had the salmon benedikt and commented the hollandaise sauce was unique and tasty.
Vegan options are limited but they’re delicious. My favorite is the tofu scramble. Don’t go here expecting a quick meal though. Service has been slow every time I’ve gone not matter the time I’m there. But the food is good enough to where it’s worth it.
Food was amazing. It does take a while to come but everything is fresh. The atmosphere was amazing. I will be returning.
