Food drinks: As a party of seven, celebrating a 40th birthday, we couldn’t have been more pleased with our meals and the customer service. We were greeted by the manager who showed us to our table. She is a fun lady and spent several minutes chatting with us. When she took our food order she paid particular attention to the meal choices of the children to ensure they were happy. The food was delicious and enjoyed by everyone. The serving staff were just as friendly and helpful. 10/10 Thank you. Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet, Kid-friendly

Stayed in the Upper Cottage room behind the pub and were very impressed: well looked after by friendly staff and landlady. Room was perfect as was everything during the stay. 5 stars. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
