crashed over this place and what a tasty bite it was! fantastic greeting from the staff as soon as I approached the bar. I'm not a huge Ale diarrhea so they were able to talk me through the beer what I like. I had. a few flavors that were beautiful and my pint was on place. have a bit peckish, so also had a ham cob really good! nice real ham and a fresh cob. amazing on the new dach terrace, which is a nice place! we look forward to the return in summer. they have no child policy, so it was very refreshing to relax without walking around children or making noise. will definitely return, can not recommend enough!

we live in bridgnorth, but had friends who visited from liverpool, and then drove for a day to bewdley. fancied a fast pint and a snack and so it went on. the first thing they notice is the place immaculate ultra clean. an impressive, so we were spoiled for the choice and the quick pint became a hour visit. well maintained good quality ales bfg and hdol are our favorites along with a pork cake and cheese and wobble cob. the place is warm cozy relaxing and the friendly staff looked after us very well when they visit this place in bewdley!

We always visit The Real Ale Tavern when we're in Bewdley and it never fails to disappoint! Popped in early afternoon today for a pint of BFG and a cheese onion cob. Really impressed with the variety of gin, rum and whiskey now available... Always a friendly welcome and always fellow visitors to have a natter with. Very clean with excellent COVID protocols in place. Definitely worth visiting- if I was more local it would be my regular!

Love this place. Over real ales to choose at very good prices plus a crusty cob or sausage roll to soak it up with Guy behind the bar was really nice to the extent he looked after my dog when I needed a comfort...break Very recommends Réservez une table maintenant

handpumps in a long bar with plenty of seating. The beers were described on the in house display TVs along with their prices. Dog friendly but not welcome on the seats. A fine establishment for beer aficionados

Needed a cup of tea on a very wet walk around the town on route home and this was the only cafe/pub that would let the dog in. We only had a cup of tea and it was fine. of a locals up really
