We stopped by for an evening meal on Thursday, downstairs was very busy with what seemed to be a fun quiz night but we wanted to eat so we sat in the upstairs bar which was fairly quiet and exactly what we wanted. We order food at the bar, 2 Caesar salads with Chicken asked for the croutons and sauce to be on the side which was fine, plus a fish and chips. All were well prepared, cooked nicely and tasted good. A pint of Guinness was very kindly served, but the glass of Pinot Noir could be upgraded. All in all we had a very nice pub meal and the service was good too. No complaints at all. Thanks!
Dropped in on a whim, but special 250g Rump with Chips $15. Well cooked to order, lovely sauce (home made). Nice beer on tap.this is a lovely little local pub just off the main street, obviously a local drop in, it was relaxed and friendly, good service and chalm. Will be back
