I ordered a meal for two at 7.40pm. I was given a delivery time of 9pm. At 9.21pm I rang to enquire what time I would receive my order. I think I received an apology and reassurance that the delivery driver was on his way. At 9.55PM I was considering making toast then my order arrived. I was made to feel guilty for mentioning it was an hour late and ended up tipping nearly £4. The chicken was dry and inedible and the rice may have been warm, two hours ago. Dating is hard enough during a pandemic without adding a terrible takeaway to the mix. I feel cheated. I went on the Just Eat app to ensure that the takeaway I ordered from had the highest rating only to discover on TripAdvisor it was rate...
Never mind 3 hours late our food didn’t turn up.After over 15 phone calls to chase our relatively early order at 7 o’clock we gave up complaining/chasing....the lady on the phone had no grasp of English...which is amazing as guess what country you are in love! Who puts someone on the front desk to answer phones who might as well have come fresh off the boat! We ordered through Just Eat and have to say they no better at resolving the issue. We were told 5 times the order had left and then on my final call they admitted it hadn’t! WOEFUL!!!!!!!! Never use them or Just Eat!DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THEM!SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!
Over 2 hours waiting for food. Called to cancel the order as we were sick of looking down the drive. They first laughed that we wanted to cancel, told we couldn’t do that. They tried to argue it had only been 40 minutes asked them to check their order time and they confirmed it was in fact 2 hours when they bothered to look. Still refused to refund. Had to get angry and frustrated and still unsure if he’s going to refund it but language is so poor it’s hard to understand them. Had orders before and food is good but you HAVE to collect
Waited over 3 hours after the order was made... and over 20 phone calls to chase my order which still didn’t arrive. Was told the order was on the way, and after we rang back to ask where it was AGAIN, they admitted it never left and it still hadn’t. The woman on the phone didn’t even remotely understand English nor speak it. Patience ran out and we abandoned the order after our children getting Hangry! PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! BEYOND A JOKE!!!!!! NEVER EVER EVER USE!!!!!!

After two hours our food hasn’t still came, so phoned up and asked for a refund to be turned around and say I can’t get a refund, there excuse was there’s no drivers and have to wait for a driver to get our food, really disgusted with this everyone should look at the reviews and take on board how shocking the service is and how they can’t give you a refund after asking.
I really love this Chinese takeaway. Very delicious tasty crispy beef with noodles. Very clean and friendly staff. Easy to read menu and packed with the finest cuisine and extras. I eat take always all the time and this take away tops the lot. I will not use another Chinese in Kidderminster while the Tiger Bowl is still operating.
I am disappointed to have to write this review, as I do enjoy the food at this restaurant. This is the second time we have ordered delivery through Just Eat, and both times it has taken over 2 hours and 45 minutes for the food to arrive. If the restaurant cannot handle the volume of orders, they should not accept them.
Good points-Food was warm. Bad points-ridiculous price, chips were warmed in a microwave and were looked grey. Noodles were stale, rice tasted and looked like a brick. Chow mein was revolting. Never ever ordering from there again absolutely dreadful. Would not recommend even for my dogs

I placed an order at 5:40 pm and again at 8:10 pm, but I am still waiting for delivery. I called twice and was told that the order is just leaving the shop. If the restaurant cannot handle the orders, they should either close or hire dependable staff.
Ordered three main courses for three people but only received two. The customer service was poor and we were very disappointed. We will not be using this restaurant again and recommend others to avoid it.
