Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Food is good, but every single time we have ordered from here, they forget at least one thing. Sides, dressing, sometimes even the food itself. We have learned never to order the edible straws because we have ordered them on multiple occasions and never received them. I really don’t know what the problem is. If the place is out of an item, they should communicate that. It’s really just frustrating that time after time they keep getting the order wrong. Order with caution

decided to try this place out for lunch. The beauty of a wrap is that it is self contained. here, they cut it in half which caused alot of the filling to fall out. We also got a salad. there is a reason one should not heat chicken in a microwave. it makes it rubbery. If you go here, stick to smoothies and stay away from the food

Great food but no matter what location we go to we get horrible customer service. Wether it's the app not putting in the order properly, the staff messing up the order or the order not being ready it gets very annoying and I haven't gone back in a while.

I was driving by this location that I never been in before. This smoothie was very nasty. I usually get the same one often from other locations and it has never tasted like this. Will not return

Love this place and the food is yummy but found a long black hair in my sandwich today..... otherwise all good but yikes
