Tyranny of Distance

Love Tyranny of Distance since the first time I saw it. Good vibes and an interesting setting. The atmosphere is amazing, and off the main street by a few steps so it is more quiet. Have ordered the Tyranny Benedict and the Tyranny burger multiple times and each time it only gets better. Strong coffee and chai lattes, amazing iced chocolates with a real chocolate taste. Can get busy during later hours as place turns into a bar, but there is more quiet, moody, indoor seating that looks like a cafe in Berlin. Great service and staff who are willing to have a good chat with you. Toilet has a chalboard for all those expressive, creative souls. Not a far walk from Windsor station and not too much...

The bar staff forgot one drink which took 20 minutes to get and it took ANOTHER hour to get the margarita//nacho special on an quiet Monday night. Bar staff were groped by men which seemed very inappropriate. The girls have their hair down even though I already complained. I don't think I should be able to go to another bar and be able to have that drink while I wait for my TWO other drinks. Food was amazing if only the staff remembered to put food through.

Always a fantastic vibe at Tryanny. Have been here quite a few times for various occasions and it always suits the environment we are after - great atmosphere, good tunes, easy yum food and always a perfect setting for a social catch up. Always recommend this place for my friends looking for a drink on/just off chapel and will always be returning when in the area! Definitely worth a drink here

After strolling over from a too loud really cramped Union pub, we stumbled upon this little place. Laid back chilled out atmosphere with good music. Great for beers and the cocktails are delicious - although served in really small glasses? Still- super fun night, can still have a chat and hear people at your table whilst enjoying the music! Food and atmosphere was great - very convenient that you can order and pay separately. Service was very average as all our meals came out very far apart (as much as 20 minutes apart), and we had to constantly ask for more table.water

A very welcoming atmosphere just a little way off the main rush. Interesting selections of craft beer and good coffee. Staff very helpful. A good place to enjoy Australia urban culture.

Off the Main Street. Quieter and relaxing. I had Tyranny Benedict and coffee. Excellent start to the day. Great service and quality food

This place is awesome. Food is great love their breakfasts. Coffee is solid. Also like how it's almost outside dinning when it rains
