This place is a joke. Where do I start?! As we walked in the doors we were told it would take a 30min wait which is fair to say the least. We ordered pretty much straight away as we have small children 1.5 hrs passed...and our food was delivered….. but what no kids meals… yep that’s right! My meal the spinach wasn’t cooked bread wasn’t toasted. Still no kids meal…….. after I spoke to the staff member down stairs he told me they have over 300 Patrons. Not acceptable especially if they don’t have the staff to cater for the demand. No one takes your orders and the prices do not match the food quality. Went there on a Saturday night as I'd heard good things about it. Place was pretty full and had a good vibe. I ordered a lemon, lime and bitters $7) which was the best I've ever had- outstanding. For my meal I had the ravioli... $23). The tomato sauce was excellent but the pasts itself was not fresh, was slightly undercooked, and the meat filling was uninspiring. But the biggest issue was the portion size- it was more like an entree than a main. The wait time were reasonable given how busy it was, and my companions all enjoyed their meal. I'd certainly go back but would order a different main.
Went there as we have had awesome meals there before pre covid really disappointed at the quality we got the pasta we got was stodgy and tasteless mine was meant to have chicken breast but only got found 4 tiny pieces of...what looked like pre packaged bits my partners was no better tasteless the drinks cocktails where almost warm and the olive oil condiment on the table was rancid. For a restaurant that specialises in Italian food this place does it very badly.
I have been caught 3 times now ordering your proscuitto pizza and it turns up with HAM instead of prosciutto. So frustrating! I end up going here on busy work lunches with a few months gap in between and I go for my fav Italian dish, the prosciutto pizza. Why do you use HAM instead of prosciutto? Just change the name to HAM PIZZA!!!

My friend ordered pasta but i didnt btw i tasted some of my friends but it was pretty average which i feel i could make it better than this But i still want to try other pasta or pizza It looked cool and alot of ppl seem to like those so why not have a go again!!!
This is my favourite Italian restaurant. I love pastas and risottos there. I love it when they cook before your eyes. I also love the bread with olive oil. It's simple but so yummy in the restaurant. It's very noisy though. This is only downside of that.
For an Italian restaurant to run out of Parmesan cheese must mean there is something wrong somewhere along the line… When you order Italian you have an expectation. Unfortunately this restaurant did not meet the cut. Average food, average service.
The concept is good, but sometimes very busy and you waste a lot of time waiting for your meal. It would be better if you could order and sit down, and collect it when its ready.
Food is great though!

Fantastic meal choice, we had our family dinner and excellent service by friendly staff. The food was tasty and worth the money you pay. A big thanks to all the lovely staffs and well groomed
frau anastasia was our server! had a fantastic time! she recommended good wein and eat.
