After making three or four calls to Venda Ravioli, I finally managed to speak with Michelle, who assured me that she would resolve the issue. Unfortunately, her promises have proven to be empty. Over the past three months, I have spoken with her three times, and each time, she has failed to follow through.

This place used to be a lovely spot for dining and shopping, but sadly, it has really declined. As a proud resident, I can say this is not what it used to be. The quality of food in both the shop and the restaurant has dropped significantly. It used to be my go-to destination for groceries and prepared meals during the holidays, but now it's just a shadow of its former self. The restaurant food is even worse—it’s mass-produced so quickly that it reminds me of Marchetti's, but at least there you get better portion sizes for your money. One of our favorite markets anywhere. In town for a conference so early Sunday went there on our way out of town. Picked specialty items for at least three meals this week, please some staples such as their own marinated olives and a champagne liver pate. And of course a fresh warm batard, some of which was torn off as breakfast for the 6 hour ride home in the snow.
I went there tonight to get some last minute things, and one thing I needed was a nice loaf of bread. They had one loaf left, and we heard an employee claim it. He heard me ask for more bread and he insisted that I take it. Said “his dad could wait”. Patty Ice is the man. Great service there.

This is the best spot for Italian food; everything is delicious! I've been coming here for most of my life. Their sandwiches to go are always freshly made and tasty as well. You can't beat the views while enjoying lunch outside!
To the fat guy at the deli counter who sliced my $31 a pound prosciutto ham...I asked you layer my deli meats between sheets of paper. Instead you packaged it like it was trash going in a garage can. Thanks for nothing!

Amazing Deli expensive, ask For Eddie/Edward Banks. He made my selections so simple and efficient.
Great authentic Italian deli cheese and meat selection. Very knowledgeable servers.
