my first time here. had the best server, wish i could remember her name. she was a doll. nice variety on the menu from apps to desserts. my dad suggested this place after spending an entire day in new haven trying to organize some reno materials for reno work. he ordered the puttanesca, omg. finally somebody who gets this right. my stomach was acting up so i had chicken tortellin soup. they did it right because the tortellini was not falling apart in the soup. i only tasted his puttenesca it was perfect. i cant tell you how many lackluster dishes ive had of this in other places. it's the balance of capers, anchovies, KALAMATA olives which everyone seems to overlook, was a PERFECT blend. the...

For our main courses, we ordered the chicken Parmesan, which was decent but a bit lacking in meat compared to what we've had elsewhere. Since this is a dish we often compare, we can say that while it tasted alright, the sauce just didn't hit the mark for us. Next, we tried the stuffed shrimp, which were indeed large and generously filled. However, they were quite salty, and the stuffing had a flavor reminiscent of Stove Top stuffing. Plain cheese pizza way too greasy and undercooked. It pooled in the center and we took turns making napkins disappear, we even made a cloth napkin see through! We took home leftovers and threw them out. Also a bummer when it's hot outside and hot and old inside. Staff was a delight though!! Highlight of the meal. This place is the Italian restaurant equivalent of a nice dive bar? Make sense lol. First time there, won't be back.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and was blown away by the amazing food. I will definitely be returning! For dinner, the price per person was between $50 and $100. I rated the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5. I highly recommend trying the stuffed mushrooms!

The service was incredibly slow; we waited over an hour and a half for two pizzas, and they weren't even that great. The servers were not friendly, and the staff behind the counter seemed more interested in their phones than attending to customers.
