I 've been here a few times and it has become clear that these experiences aren 't outliers. It 's the great experiences that others have had that are the outliers. Food is only ok, though I do recommend the Caramelized Brussels Sprouts on the shareable menu. And the service is really spotty further explanation below. If this review were solely about the food, I'd give it a rating of 4 or even 5 stars. We visited Voya with a large group of over 40 people, and they organized a fixed price menu for us. The appetizer of bacon and Brussels sprouts was absolutely amazing—I even went back for seconds and thirds! My main course, a turkey BLT, was solid as well. However, the experience took a turn for the worse due to the service. We placed our order around 7:15, but it took an hour for our entrees to arrive. Honestly, it was the slowest service I've ever experienced. As a result, despite the delicious food, I have to deduct two stars because of the excessive wait time.
I came here for dinner after my flight was delayed and I had to stay the night. I ordered my items to go to take them to my room. Service was incredibly slow. It was just myself that came here for dining. I ordered the Mac and cheese, collard greens and chicken sandwich. They didn't give me any utensils. I ordered the Dressed to Kill cocktail that was on special. It was very strong. Not a bad cocktail at all. The chicken sandwich was very dry. The man and cheese was excellent and worth ordering as well as the collard greens. Overall not a bad place to go, but I'd probably just stick with the Mac and cheese and a cocktail if I were to go here again.
Have stayed in the hotel a couple of times. Dinner: Food was delicious. Their Southern Sour cocktail is absolutely to die for. Service was very slow but they were friendly. Ambiance was great. Breakfast: Gave had breakfast there on two separate occasions. Had the same male waiter both times. Both times he was rude. Second time he overcharged me and when I pointed it out (nicely) he argued with me until I told him to go get a menu at which point he realized his mistake. Would only return for dinner. If it were just that I would give 4 stars (5 for food, 3 for slow service). However because of the breakfast experiences I am taking another star off.

I was happy to enjoy my favorite salad here again. I was hoping it was still on the menu. It's the house salad. It has arugula, asparagus, almonds, feta and roasted peaches with a citrus dressing. Yummy! I got carried away and ordered sweet potato gnocchi with baby kale, Parmesan, brown sugar and butter, wild mushrooms and onions. This looked nice but I really did not care for it at all. It's $19 and I just couldn't eat more than a few bites. I then decided to try the peach cobbler with ice cream. It seemed like a safe bet in Atlanta but sadly even that was disappointing. Next time I'll stick with the salad and maybe a sandwich lol.
So I visited Voya Bistro under the guise that I would be having dinner at Bentley's Steakhouse, which is also in the Marriott by the airport, only Bentley's has not updated their info on Yelp to show that they're closed on Fridays, which is the day I went. Coming all the way from McDonough, we just had dinner at Voya Bistro, which is just a restaurant in the lobby of the hotel. The food was pretty good though, just not the ambiance (or the restaurant for that matter) that I was expecting.
We had dinner here...just a couple of sandwiches with sides and drinks. My wife got a BLT with fruit, I got a grilled cheese with chicken and a side of Mac and cheese. The sandwiches were excellent, made on thick cut bread. The Mac and cheese was also great. My only regret is that it was a rich meal for me, and I'll be dealing with acid reflux tonight. I should have gotten the BLT and fruit. But it was DELICIOUS. The service was great and the atmosphere was relaxing.
Loved this restaurant and the amount of food you get is incredible for the price. Would 100% recommend the Brussels to anyone.

Needs updating and the food is bland for the price you pay. We would have rather orders a pizza from our room!!
Convenient food on the greasy and salty side. However the waiter was very nice.
