I will never return to this restaurant again. The atmosphere is extremely uncomfortable. Upon entering, no one greeted me and it felt as though I was not welcome. When I approached the counter, the person there simply looked at me and then back down. Another staff member, who was not even at the register, asked if I was picking up or placing an order. I said I was placing an order. The person at the register told me to go ahead with my order, but then two other employees started arguing with him about counting the drawer and not taking orders. I had no waffle house since 2019 because of covid. I was so excited to get a double wad! However, as they can see, a wad will be burned and hard and the other wad had still broken in the middle. Why would my server bring this to my table? Why would the cook serve that? I went home and cook, who really wants to do that?
As a New Englander visiting for the first time, I was looking forward to dining at this restaurant. Unfortunately, we were disappointed when we were not greeted or welcomed upon arrival. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere. It looks like the concept of southern hospitality was lacking here.

I have been to many Waffle houses.This is by far the best of em. From the moment I walked In to the moment I walked out. Very friendly,attentive and courteous. Just wish I lived near here.The service from the waitress and waiter was perfect. (Tamriah Otis)
We were not allowed to enter the restaurant! Why did they open if they were going to close at 7:00! I felt 100% unsafe due to the presence of homeless people outside, some of whom were carrying knives!

I ordered a custom chicken sandwich on wheat bread with lettuce tomato pickle and onion! I got exactly what I wanted. They also made me a fresh pot of coffee! Best food one can get fast.

We played D.J. and karaoke host and had the best All-Star breakfast in three years, all before 8 am!!
The server's were very pleasant and attentive. I will be coming back.
