Wendy?s have always been my favorite 1a week I goes to location 10040 Chapman for my dinner. Customers service today was horrible the lady that was taking my order was horrible sounded as though she doesn?t want to work or on some things nocustomers service attitude at all . I think ID 123 and the young man at the window was also has the same customers serviceattitude as the lady that took my orders I had to ask for everything. Foods is great but customers service HORRIBLE! And themanager Luis that I talked to was not sincere! They all 3 to take a LAMA class.
Atmosphere have no idea. My visit was the drive thru. The service was prompt and food was hot when received. I also ordered cookies and won't do that again. They were like hockey pucks. Guess that's what I get for ordering cookies from a fast foodburger place.
The temperature inside Wendy’s was colder than outside, prompting another customer to ask for the heat to be turned up. Despite that, the menu was excellent, and the music trivia made the evening truly memorable!
My wife and I experience at Wendy's is as usual good service good food clean restaurant and we can stay as long as we want without getting harassed overall Wendy's is a great place to eat

5 stars for a fast-food place with actual indoor dining. Free WiFi and football game on the TV inside. Socially distant seating and touchless drink dispenser.
The Baconator is consistently tasty. I opted for the smallest Frosty, and that turned out to be a wise choice since it's quite sweet.

I ordered a parmesan caesar chicken salad. Not bad, was fresh and the chicken was good..
