Don 't bother coming in even if it 's a take out order. My friends and I came here on a Saturday night. It didn 't look busy at all but when we asked if there was a table the guy in the front said it would be a 1 hour wait. We decided to do take out since we didn 't want to wait too long. My order was 2 hot chocolates and 2 pastries. Mind you guys the pastries are premade in the front glass containers. My friend placed another order 1 hot chocolate and 2 pastries. It is cash only so I did have to use their ATM to take out cash and then pay. We were told to wait at the take out section near the bathroom okay. I saw that they had multiple tables empty which made me question why the wait time would have been 1 hour. Then I saw that the person in front of me got her order and I 'm thinking okay great that means our order is next. Wrong. The people that ordered after us got their order first. We asked how much longer and the person who took our order said they are training someone new who isn 't so good so it will take longer. Ummmm red flag. It doesn 't take long to make hot chocolates and grab the already made pastries. 45 MINUTES passed or more and at this point it was a joke. I told them I wanted a refund because it was just taking too long. Not sure if she was the owner but she said oh it 's almost done if we wanted to wait 2 more minutes. We said no and she did have an attitude when handing the cash back to us. Management really needs to re-evaluate training for their employees if it takes that long for some hot chocolate. Besides the nice decor, your better off going somewhere else for dessert and drink 's.
LONG wait bare minimum customer service cash only DONT WASTE YOUR TIME Randomly came in asked how long the wait is the guy said 1hour. So we asked to order to go. I got a hot chocolate, chocolate pecan pie, and Cinnabon. My sister made a separate order of hot chocolate, the 1/2 coffee 1/2 chocolate, cake pop and brownie. They only take cash,and they have an atm inside. After ordering is when the problem started. 1st of I will say the welcome wasn't a friendly warm welcome at all. We waited don't mind waiting until we hit 40 minutes. And that was just too long. We asked how much longer they said they're training someone and it'll be a few minutes more because she's learning. Oh also there was no line it was just us waiting for a take out order so i don't know what they were doing all 40 minutes. If we knew it was going to take that long we would have just waited for the table but the point was that we wanted to be in and out. We ended up going back to the register to ask for a refund. And when we were there they were just making the order and said it'll be done in 2 minutes but we said no we waited long enough. This same lady too had an attitude with us before when we were standing waiting for our takeout. She got annoyed we were standing and told us to move and pointed to a corner by the restrooms but we saw that they pick up orders for dine in and we didn't want to get in the way. Anyway We moved and sat where she told us to anyway. All we got out of this was place was pictures and that's it. What a waste of time.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!! I been there twice trying to give the benefit of the doubt and the customer service was garbage each and every time. The wait time was ridiculous. the host in the front with the shaved eyebrows is so rude.. just walks around telling the customers if they are done they need to leave. Who talks to customers like that when we are there spending money how do you know I didn't want to order something else.?? Food, coffee and desserts very mediocre and extremely overpriced!! They force you to leave a 20% tip on top of the food being extremely overpriced. also, this is one of the most racist staff I have yet to encounter. The lady with dreads which I am guessing is a supervisor is very unprofessional, rude and nasty as well. If Your looking for a welcoming place it's NOT THIS PLACE AT ALLL! Horrible management ! do better !
