If you decide to visit this restaurant, make sure to set aside plenty of time for your meal. Waiting 40 minutes for a single burger is just unacceptable, regardless of how busy they are. If there’s going to be a long wait, the staff should inform customers. After my lengthy wait, I received food that was at room temperature, which was quite disappointing. You’d be better off going to Wendy's for a tastier meal at a lower price. Overall, the service was extremely slow and left a lot to be desired.
I just tried them for the first time tonight, and it was absolutely worth the wait. It was the best burger I've ever had, and the cherry in the milkshake is a fantastic addition. I would rate it a perfect 10/10!
The food is incredible, and the staff are wonderful! I absolutely love this place. They were so friendly, even giving me a complimentary bottle of Coke. I highly recommend that everyone try dining here!
The O.Z. (also known as The Z Burger) was fantastic, just like I remembered. The Classic Poutine and Onion Rings were equally delicious.
