Was walking around the Occoquan area, and saw Zorba's, so decided to give it a try with a friend. Unfortunately, was quite disappointed. The Food: I went with the Chicken Souvlaki for my entree, and a Gazpacho for my appetizer. I was disappointed with how little effort they put into making the dish. I paid over $20 for a dish that was plain and bland, with very few pieces of chicken. The meat was cooked nicely though, tender. But for somewhat premium prices, I would've expected a little more effort into the dish. The Gazpacho tasted fine, but again, overly priced appetizer for a little amount of food. The food was truly amazing — it tasted homemade, which is so rare these days when eating out! The veggies and meat were super fresh, and the flavoring/seasoning was to die for. We had the appetizer sampler, which was so yummy (the phyllo dough was perfect! , and the sea bass entree (pictured was incredible! The mixed grill entree was delicious—so flavorful, yet not overpowering, and so tender and juicy! We also tried the mulled wine, which hit the spot on a cold winter day. We loved this place and highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys quality, fresh, and oh so delicious food!
We visited Zorba’s Grill today, and it was such a great experience! The owners were very kind and welcoming. The food was fresh and so delicious. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. We spent new year 2025 at Zorba’s Grill. Mr Murat hosted us, we spent one of the best New Year nights, the menu was wonderful including appetizers of dolma, fava beans, calamari, entrees were so delicious, branzino fish, chicken souvlaki. We will be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
