"The quality of this Firehouse Subs has drastically fallen. In the last few days alone there were 1-2 star reviews. My rating is no different from the last 3 recent reviews. The place is dirty and dirty. When the order was picked up, there was a spider crawling along the bag. The order itself lacked a salad and the lower parts were placed vertically in the pocket, making the dressings disappear everywhere. At the reception of the salad there were so many missing ingredients. That was the worst experience in any subshop we ordered."
